I have a specialist degree in Drug and Alcohol Studies and an extensive background working in Long-Term residential and Day Programme treatment services involved in providing assistance for those impacted by alcohol and drug difficulities. My recent focus has been working with women affected by drug and alcohol use.
The approaches I use include; Motivation Interviewing, Strenghts Based Practice, and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, within the Client Centered Frame work.
